Yes, customer will receive two emails.

@fuaad1021 I have checked with Inclusive Method with these settings. It triggers emails according to the child order. If there is only one child/splitted order it will trigger one email for child order(Parent order’s email will be triggered in both cases).

Let me check it.

Make sure you can split both of your products (just forget about digital or physical products for a while) with Shredder Method.

@fuaad1021 it triggers two emails, one for parent order and second for child/splitted order. When order status is change WooCommerce by default sends an email ro customer for completing order.

Product A has to be split if the Variations have a specific value like A B C but should stay grouped if their values are D, E and F
Other Products should be split by Products.

If you could split in different manners as in combining two. Splitting by Product first and then specific products by attribute value for example.

You are trying to use two methods at a time. You can use only one method at a time for now.

Once there are several items in the new child order the metadata is messed up…

Can you explain your scenario with example for better understanding? So, we can reproduce the issue to resolve it.

@wnzn 1. Maybe it is compatibility issue, we have not tested Order Splitter with the mentioned plugin. Did you try without TM Extra Product Options?

@avlasov please make sure you setup the pagination correctly. With these settings it is working. You can see here
