@lzudemz when you change order status manually you have to split order manually because Split Lock works for auto split only.

@oberning when you make a selection in order edit page the plugin will split the order according to your selection.

If you want to split according to the method you selected from plugin settings, click on manual split button in order list. It will split according to your selected method.

@ronaldz it is working with latest version of WordPress version (5.6) on our end as you can see here.

Please check the console as mentioned in recent thread and let us know.

@sannea Please make a video, press F12 and click on Console. Clear the console first and then click “Add Files” and see if there is any error.
