@grizna please select orders first then you will find an option to combine selected orders. Usually it appears in both cases.

@cciwebdev Let me explain you how does Order Status functionality work?

Section 1: In this section you can change splitted(child) order(s) status. It will change only child orders status not the parent order.
Section 2: In this section you can change parent order status. There are two cases here, first is Single Order Case and the second is Split Order Case.

An order is placed and there is no splitting so, its order status will be changed to your selected status.

An order is placed and it is splitted to e.g. 2 orders. So, parent order status will be changed as selected in the dropdown.

Most important: Order Status and Auto Split will work automatic environment. It will not change status when you split manually and it will not split when you change order status manually.

This is not a bug. This is feature request. We suggested this plugin to check merging. Not all plugins are built for multi-site environment initially. Ultimate Order Combination is not a multi-site plugin and now you requested so, we will work on it.

We will inform you when it is done.

@altbiers this issue was posted by andrewcode. We worked on it and resolved it. He was satisfied with it. So, we closed this ticket.

Order Splitter basically offers Splitting as basic feature not Merging. If you want to merge orders, please go for premium version or try the following plugin.

@borake197 new version is released with “Hide Borders & Bars”. By enabling this option, borders & bars will be hidden.

You mentioned Pro Version so, update your plugin with Automatic Updates and if you have any issue with plugin please contact to mail in which you got premium copy. This forum is for free users.

If you want to download manually you do not need to remove older version. You can replace with new version.

@waelaura this is not relevant with Order Splitter. You are starting a new topic with new profile which is created today. Can you please explain if you need a feature or here to report a bug in this plugin? If both aren’t the reasons, then it is an advertisement and/or SEO trick to gain backlinks.

@naresh11381 your initial query was about in-stock/out-stock splittng method. You did not talk about any plugin compatibility. This plugin is compatible with WooCommerce and it will work for in-stock/out-stock splitting.

Can it split based on if a product is in-stock or available for backorder?

Yes, you have to set the out stock product as “Allow Backorder” to use this method.
