In case it gives a hint on what’s failing, posting comments and replies works fine when you’re logged out of the site’s account and just use a regular WordPress account or even no accounts at all, just entering an email and name to show.

This has been happening to me for a while as well, and happened again just now.

Please don’t close these topics without fixing the problem, else more and more of them will keep being created and marked as “solved” when they’re not.

Same here. There seem to be invisible links to the pics, if you hover over where they should be showing up.

The problem fixed itself with WordPress’ latest update, so nevermind.

Yeah, those normal ads in the header and footer are no longer being inserted in the AMP pages. Problem is, they’re not being inserted in the non-AMP pages now.

I still haven’t inserted the AMP-specific ads.

The header and footer ads should be appearing at the beginning and end of “main#main > div”.

I still haven’t added the AMP ads and the settings are left untouched, so if the regular header and footer ads show up when I switch to 2.5.5 they should be appearing in the latest version, right? (The other ads show up fine)

Remote debugging is enabled and I’ve installed the latest version again.

Oh, wait, the version I just installed doesn’t show those unsuitable ads in the AMP pages… but also doesn’t show any ads in the regular site.

I’m reverting to 2.5.5 for now.

Lazy Load by WP Rocket also doesn’t show any duplicates, it seems to be an issue with Jetpack.

I’ve just tried the Lazyload option in the Smush plugin and the avatar doesn’t show up duplicated with that one.
