Yes, I understand it is a theme issue. It is a custom them by use that we built 3 years ago. Something must have changed in WooCommerce and it is looking for something or WooCommerce is adding something. Why is it changing our product pages to use a template we never used called ‘template-canvas.php”? What changed in version 6.1.1 from 6.0.0? What can we add/edit/remove from our Theme to accommodate the WooCommerce 6.1.1 change?

We had the same issue in WooCommerce when going from WP 6.0. to 6.1.1. Our Theme is a custom theme and is very light. Something changed in WP 6.1.1 and now our WooCommerce page template changed from “default” to “template-canvas.php”. Anyone know why WP 6.1.1 is making our WooCommerce pages look for a new template name that we don’t have?

Yes, thanks. there was a second instance added of the GA Property tracking code via another plugin and that must have caused the conflict. When we removed it, events fired fine.

If I deactivate your plugins (WP base and 2 add-ons) in order to reactivate Appointments +, then do the opposite, will I lose my settings?

That was the cloned site, but they matched. It is possible there was something wrong with Apointments+ on the original site. Do customers using WP Base need to create a WP account/user? On the old site with Appointments+, they did not.
