I am having the same issue. My blog, https://www.babyboomersbustinloose.com is showing just fine in Fire Fox but stopped showing in IE. Not sure when it stopped so I do not know which post to eliminate.
Also, tried on different themes but not successful.
I placed in the validator tool and it showed 38 errors. Many of them are with audioacrobat embed code so I was going to repost the code. But the rest of the errors I do not understand. Thanks
