Thank you very much for your reply. I greatly appreciate it.
I’m doing some test transactions in Sandbox mode. I have come across something a bit strange.
I am using some of the static test account numbers, and the system comes back with “check security code and try again,” as if the security code is incorrect.
It’s my understanding that I can use any future expiration date and any security code (4-digit for AMEX, 3-digit for all others).
Do you have any ideas about what could be happening? I was able to create some successful orders, but more times than not, I am getting that message.
Thanks again!
Scott
Hi Alex,
I submitted the export settings to the help desk. Please let me know if you have any questions when reviewing it.
Thanks again!
ScottHi Alex,
Thank you for your fast reply. I unchecked that checkbox and it seems to work now.
Do you know if this is an obscure bug in the plug-in that you will try to fix in the future, or is this something that was specific to a value in one of the fields of one of the records that could have caused this?
Either way, I can write the import routine that will import this csv file to not expect products on separate lines without too much trouble.
Thank you again for your fast reply. I feel embarrassed that I didn’t try to disable that checkbox during my troubleshooting of this issue.
Have a great day.
Sincerely,
Scott
