I installed a brand new instance of WP 3.2.1 and the WYSIWYG editor does not appear in post or page editing/adding. The Visual tab is there, but when I click on it I just see a plain text screen. If I add HTML code in the HTML tab, the Visual tab shows the same code (the two screens are identical).
