Problem solved adding these 2 lines at the end of the “function.php” fil:

add_filter( 'widget_text', 'shortcode_unautop');
add_filter( 'widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

In the meantime I found the solution installing and setting up the “WP-Mail-SMTP” plugin.

Now everything works fine for me.
