Just wanted to add my name to the list of people affected by this and subscribing to this thread. I noticed that our contact form isn’t affected, but a longer one is.

The only differences between the two are that the second one has a rich text editor and a file upload. Is emailing the file upload what WordPress doesn’t like? If so, would a temporary workaround be a global or form-based setting that would enabled us to say we don’t want attachments emailed, just uploaded to the media library?

Thank you so much for the quick reply.

When I read your reply, I was pretty sure that I had uploaded wavs before, so I went back and checked and found I had uploaded an mp3, so I tried to upload a wav and found that WordPress said I had exceeded the maximum file size. A bit more digging in PHP and realized that while I had file_uploads, memory_limit and upload_max_filesize set correctly, post_max_size was set to 8 MB, where this was a 9 MB file. Adjusted, and it’s working.
