From what I can see, any page on your site gives this error, so it looks like your webserver configuration file been modified and redirect requests to 404 page,
check your httpd.conf file and see the rewrite rule configuration there

There is another possible scenario which you should check and it is about your permalinks setting:
login to the admin console and: Settings > Permalinks
which should set to default
https://Riskspirit.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php

if not, tell us about your hosting plan? do you have console to view your files?

Hi,
First, thanks Ipstenu,i’ll use the links you provided, anyhow i never meant to solve the hack with my code, read the first line of my post, I just offer a workaround to people who already got this problem, i am actually not a word press expert at all, im more server side and scripting oriented.

Davidmanch, the problem is not with your server,
seems that the forum engine remove some of the comma signs from the code,
