Anyone? If you look at the current site, what shows up in the sidebar shows up because I have it showing up on every page. As soon as I say to only put it on the Front page, it disappears from the Front page.

Okay, my mark-up errors should be cleaned up now. But Safari still doing the same thing and showing scroll bars and cutting off the video while Chrome and Firefox show it just fine. Any other ideas? If it’s theme related, I understand you guys don’t support that. just want to make sure that nothing in my embed code or anything isn’t the cause. Thanks!

Okay, now will that just allow me to grant access to the correct IP range? I’d like to be able to grant access to all address ranges, I just want a certain IP address range to be able to skip a login and password, while everyone else needs to.

FYI, it’s clearly not just a theme issue. If I switch to the default theme, I have the same problem.

I looked at comment luv, but I don’t see where that gives me the option to fix what’s wrong. Can anyone tell me how I go about making my comment count work correctly, and when you click a post on the index page, it should take you to a page that displays both the post and the comments? My site isn’t doing that now. Thanks!

Solutions was just as you said:

1. Create a child theme, and just add Zoe’s code above to overwrite the page gap.
2. Copy over index.php to my new child theme and add in the author link as mentioned above.

Worked like a charm!

I do have them setup as a user… I’m guessing thought that the theme I’m using doesn’t have a spot for author. If I switch to another theme, the author shoes up correctly. I guess what I meant to say was how do I alter my current theme to make the author visible on each post?

Actually, I’m the host at the moment. Just running locally to get the feel of WordPress. How do I make index.php a valid index file in Apache?
