Hey @generosus,
WordPress Dashboard pages are excluded by default in SGO, so no need to add them to the exclusion list. You do have to add a Page Rule to bypass caching for /wp-admin/*, if you have CloudFlare enabled.

IgnatHey @zlandali,
Would it be possible to provide a site URL to the affected website, please?

IgnatHey,
I’ve checked out your site and it seems that the issue has been fixed. Marking this as resolved.

IgnatYou’re welcome! It would really help us if you drop a review for the plugin, if you have the spare time ??
Hello @max2232,
Thank you for reporting this. The Limit Login Attempts functionality works separately from the Activity Log Blocking functionality, as the Activity Log Blocking functionality has no set time for the blocked IP – while Limit Login Attempts locks the user out for a certain period of time.
You can currently check which users have been blocked by checking your Acitvity Log and navigating to the wp-login.php visitors and find the ones that have a 403 error code served to them.
If you would like to wipe-out the currently blocked users – you can change the number of times a given user can attempt to log in and revert it – this should let the IP that has been blocked to try logging in again.
We will be adding the blocked IPs from the Limit Login Attempts in the Blocked tab of the Activity Log page in the future, so that we can show more information there.
Kind Regards,
IgnatHey @gordon-b,
It’s important to us to understand your issue in-depth and help you fix it. Please open a ticket to the SiteGround support and share more details on the communication with Thrive Themes there. Let us know the ticket ID once you have submitted it and we’ll be glad to proceed with the investigation.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

IgnatHi @javadi90,
It seems that in this page, there is two missing closing tags: </b> </i> after the “EVERY WEDNESDAY (6 PM)?” element.
Please add the missing tags, clear both the SG cache and CloudFlare cache and the issue should be fixed.
Kind Regards,
IgnatHey @joshgrisdale,
The “Purge SG Cache” button at the top of the dashboard clears both the Dynamic Cache and Memcache.

In reply to: [SiteGround Migrator] 24 hour limit for migration?Hey @ojs81,
There’s no limit set on the duration, so your migration should pass as expected. I’ve checked the logs and it seems that your migration has been successful, so I’m marking this as resolved.
Let us know if you have any questions.

IgnatHey @samovaari,
It seems that your theme has some type of image processing set up, which is conflicting with the plugin’s ability to detect images and lazy load them.
Please check with your theme developers on whether it will be possible to use the native methods when showing images on your site, which will enable the lazy loading of the images through the SiteGround Optimizer.

IgnatHey @neomorph1,
We are able to exclude styles that are hooked to wp_enqueue_style, but there are other techniques to include scripts and some themes don’t use the wp_enqueue_script, that’s why their scripts are not displayed in the exclude list.
We suggest contacting your theme developers and making sure that the script is included according to the WordPress standards in order for this to work properly.
