For me, the Tribulant Slideshow Gallery further shows those error messages:

Uploads folder named "slideshow-gallery" cannot be created inside "wp-content/uploads/"

Slideshow cache folder "cache" for resizing images cannot be created inside "wp-content/uploads/slideshow-gallery/"

Couldn't resolve host 'www.dreamcastbr.com'

Replace:
__DIR__

with:
dirname(__FILE__)

In the three entries from file:

/wp-content/plugins/wp-optimize/wp-optimize-admin.php

and problem solved!

Can not access the control panel of WordPress, gives 404 error…
