In reply to: [Hello Elementor] Theme Update breaks one page on the site@3cstudio I’m happy I could assist you in resolving the issue and finding the culprit of the issue to be caused by missing closing bracket of the custom HTML code added into the Shortcode widget. @ramiy you were correct in suggesting to check the custom code as the issue happened only on this one page.

Igor, Customer ExperienceHi there,
I’m sorry to hear you had such an experience. Please note that site crashing after an update can be attributed to different causes, but most are due to incompatibility with other plugins/themes or the site not meeting the minimum requirements for the latest version: https://elementor.com/help/requirements/
That’s why we created this troubleshooting process: https://elementor.com/help/fatal-error-after-updating-or-installing-elementor-or-elementor-pro/
If that doesn’t help, we do have a support forum here and a fantastic community as well: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Elementors/

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
While some Elementor websites might not give the best Google speed score, we have implemented a lot of changes to increase the speed of your website, you can find them under Elementor >> Settings >> Features: https://elementor.com/help/what-are-performance-experiments/
Note that to have a site with a great speed score on google, it is advisable to follow best practices, use a good server, and implement a caching/CDN solution if necessary, find out more here: https://elementor.com/speed-performance/
With Elementor Flexbox Containers, and soon also Grid, the speed scores will only get better over time.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback, I’ve added your concerns to the feature request regarding our new color scheme. We understand it’s not at everyones linking and this concern is now with our designers and developers to find the best solution. As for Elementor Core version, it is there to help you make simple websites, or more complex ones with additional plugins, while our Elementor Pro version really empowers web creators to create full-featured websites often without a need for additional addons.

In reply to: Plugin pages won’t load. redirect to website homepageHi Nancy,
Thank you for posting this question.
Looks like you have two diferent issues here, as for the first one where off and on through the years a plugin, or a wordpress dashboard page, will not load in a specific browser, I would suggest going trough the trouibleshooting list first.
As for your other question, the issue could be with the specific plugin itself, or a plugin conflict with another plugin or the theme. You coud test this by disabeling all other plugins and changing the theme to any of the recent default WordPress themes.
If that doesn’t help, please try disabeling all caching and optimizations from server and plugins.
Please get back to us with the results.
Kind regards,

In reply to: The best solution for spam comments is simple effective – why not ?Hi Burhi,
Thank you for posing this question.
I can clearly see the need for customizable security questions and would suggest searching for similar requests on https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/
or opening an official feature request there with the type “enhancement”.As for use of plugins to add this kind of feature, WordPress is implementing the most useful and wanted functions to its core, but also minding not to implement something that is not as important for most, or that will make it more bloated.
Hope this answered your question.
Regards,
