Sorry, I didn’t receive any notice that you have answered the topic. I’m using latest version 3.13

thanks for answering. This was not the case. Scheduled e-mails were running smoothly. Only (so far I have found)
a) opt-in mail did not reach the subscriber and
b) info about new subscriber didn’t reach the admin.
c) new entry was on the list as “unsubscribed”I couldn’t fix it than to reinstall Mailpoet.
Contact them over Twitter or Facebook or whatever to reset your Activation Key. It worked for me afterwards.
I can confirm that this issue is still persisting, so please, check again. Check your twitter and FB account for details.

after changing notification receiving address I started to receive notification about new subscribers.
Notification which I receive from Sendgrid don’t have that problem. Hope it helps. I you need some more information, let me Know so we can solve it.Best regards!

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it doesn’t resolve my issue.
1. My current sending method is via Sendgrid
2. I’m NOT receiving an error when sending test e-mail
3. My newsletters are sent on time
4. Subscribers receive my newslettersI am the one that does not receives e-mails. E-mails with notifications when someone subscribers or unsubscribe. E-mail address I’m sending is the the one connected to my domain. And that is e-mail address that doesn’t receive those notifications.

Thanks for mentioning that -start-guide link.I am using Quick cache and Exclude option in File change detection part is not working with any option that I write in.
I see that it should work with W3TC but I am not eager to install plugin that hasn’t been updated for over a year now.
