In reply to: [OnePress] After update I Got 2 Hero sectionsIn regard to my hero section not showing, the developer got back with me quickly and logged into my site. Although the new version had been removed, he did say the issue was with the child theme files. They had made changes to them and I needed to overwrite the ones that were in there. That means I have to look for any changes I had made and copy them into the new files. I have not tried it yet to see if it works, but will report back when I do and if it worked.

In reply to: [OnePress] After update I Got 2 Hero sectionsThanks…I definitely don’t have section-hero.php in the child theme. Is there any other explanation beyond header/footer in the child theme? My issue is that I don’t show the hero section at all…it has disappeared. I restored back to the last version for the time being. I’m on WP 4.9.1.
Thanks!

In reply to: [OnePress] After update I Got 2 Hero sectionsHi, what do you mean by update the child theme follow the parent theme? I no longer have the hero section at all even after clearing the cache (not using pro version). How to fix? Thanks

In reply to: [Contact Listing for WP Job Manager] email not sending to ownerHi @colin73
have you had any luck with this? It seems support isn’t being handled here and I’m in the same boat you were. Did you find a workaround? Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] “Send Form” is no longer workingI also have this issue. Two clients on different themes, both just spin. Had to rollback to v. 4.7 for both. Thought it could be the captcha so disabled it and even tried a new API but that made no difference. Would like a resolution as well please.
You ROCK! Thank you! I will keep my file as-is for now and wait for the next update on the plugin. Will I need to remove that line from the class file or will it just be overwritten when the update comes out?
Thanks!
Hi again,
here’s what I did:
1. Removed the line from the class file I put in last night
2. Edited the employee page and got original error.
3. Disconnected from Jetpack.
4. Edited employee again and was able to publish it without error.
4a. Reconnected Jetpack.
5. Added in the longer section you suggested in the class file and saved.
6. Went to edit employee again and got this error:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’ in /home/warmrept/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/library/toolset/toolset-common/toolset-forms/classes/class.file.php on line 11
7. Removed all of that and put it back the way it was with the original 1 line edit.
8. Edited employee and got even LONGER error messages.
9. Restored file from yesterday which had that 1 line edit in it.
10. Edited employee and published fine (phew!).So yes, apparently Jetpack did have an effect. Hope this helps. Thanks for the suggestions!!
Ok thanks. I’ll remove what I put in that file and test JP tomorrow and let you know!
Yes, I use Jetpack…that was also updated at the same time as the other plugins before this problem surfaced. It’s not a good fix to NOT be connected to WP.com though just to fix one plugin problem, don’t you agree?
Thanks, the one solution fixed it for me. Modified this file: public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/library/toolset/toolset-common/toolset-forms/classes/class.file.php to include require_once (ABSPATH . ‘wp-admin/includes/screen.php’);
Had tried the update to PHP 7.0 and adding the 128 memory limit but that did not work. I’d like to know if there will be a fix coming out for this at all or if I’ll have to keep adding this to that plugin file in case it gets overwritten. Thanks for the help!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OnePress] Onepress Counter Section Before and After NumbersAhh ok…it’s misleading saying ‘number’ in there like it has to BE a number. Might be helpful to show that it can be any sort of text or character field, or as I mentioned before, have the doco more clear to show what can actually be done with it. Thanks for the clarification!
