I think the OP is referring to a WordPress popup that sometimes happens when you have two wp admin sites open for the same theme. I’ve seen this many times while I’ve been working and wondered what it was. Has something to do with the time stamp. Not real nice to blame the author for this without researching it first. This is totally unwarranted and has nothing to do with the theme.

RESOLVED Made it more difficult than it needed to be. Was simply under appearance and front page colors.

Ahhh finally figured it out. Was just in customize theme/colors/bknd colors.

Did you figure this out? Do you mean on pages? I can’t seem to change it (looks gray to me) by adding a background with the color I made in Photoshop. I can do it on a page I create but if the page is associated to a Type, the color won’t change.

I’m having the same issue. I can change the background under front page colors but I can’t change it when the link is clicked to go to the individual pages (clients, projects, testimonials, etc.). I’ve tried all of the options on the page itself (clients, projects, etc.) by using a background image, editing the row background color and every place that there is to change it and it stays grey. It’s driving me crazy! There are multiple places to change this…on the page itself, within the widget, on the front page widget and nothing works. This should be super easy to do and figure out but I’ve spent hours and gotten nowhere. I don’t actually want just one color on all of those pages either by doing a css change. I just want it to work like it should. How is this done?

Disregard, figured out it was on the homepage that it shows the links, not on the actual clients page.
