I pay for certain premium stuff with them, so emailed after this thread was started asking. They finally replied last night:
Once you have added the v3 reCaptcha keys to Ninja Forms > Settings, you can go to the Actions settings of your form and add a v3 reCaptcha action. Once you have added a v3 reCaptcha action to the form, you can remove the v2 reCaptcha field.
I kept the advanced setting at default.
I swear this wasn’t in the doco!?

Wondering the same as their doco doesn’t even explain it. If you keep the recaptcha on the form and mark it as invisible after setting up V3 under settings, it tells you you must check the box to continue. I removed the box completely but don’t know if it’s really checking it or not!? They need to update their doco, especially after sending out the email about it and directing people there. The form field only gives you 1 option for recaptcha and doesn’t mention anything about the version on it.

In reply to: [Better Health] Picture footer not aligning rightStill no response, theme author?
Thanks for the fast reply here. I guess this won’t do what I need it to, thank you for your time.

In reply to: [Better Health] Picture footer not aligning rightI installed a staging site and updated the theme on there to be sure it wasn’t a cache issue (cleared cache before going to staging) and it’s all the same issues on the staging site too. I looked to see what your changelog said for this new version in the readme.txt file but it hasn’t been updated since your last update. Please update these when you make a change to the theme so people can know what was modified.
The search feature still doesn’t seem to work either. I had to hide that search icon a long time ago due to that. Just tested again and no search box shows after clicking the icon.

In reply to: [Better Health] Picture footer not aligning rightIt also appears to have removed the entire menu. I’ve had to restore from backup.
To clarify, I want the discount for multiples of 5 but if they buy 2 more of Widget A, those are charged at full price. So the discount only applies to the multiples of 5 and anything else is charged at full price.
Unfortunately, the SKT author said to just use another plugin.
Thanks, can at least confirm the square around the plus signs went away!
I just tested on another site and after updating got this error:
The plugin ultimate-faqs/Main.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
I re-activated it and it was ok.
Yes I’m on the current version. The problem was somehow a space was put into the shortcode. After I removed the space, it worked. No idea how it got in there. You said you “deleted” the shortcode. It just needs to have: [ultimate-faqs] The way it was after the update was: [ultimate-faqs ]
I had this same problem. It only showed the shortcode on the page. I inspected the WP page with the shortcode in it and noticed there was a space between the last bracket and the shortcode. I removed that space and saved the page and then it was fine. I did have to clear the cache on the server side though (stupid SiteGround). I also noticed a warning that popped up on the WP admin something about 229 characters or the like!? It was quite long but I didn’t screenshot it before fixing the issue. So check the page your shortcode is on and make sure there are no spaces anywhere within it.
FWIW, I had this same issue and what fixed it was flushing the cache on the server and removing the NGINX DIRECT DELIVERY option for my site. I’m with Siteground. This was driving me crazy trying to figure it out and did everything on the website backend to try and fix it. This was what did it. I’ve disabled that caching permanently. SG apparently turned this on for EVERYONE without asking first. They moved me over to ‘Site Tools’ instead of cPanel not long ago so this is under Speed/Caching.
@kraemit no problem I know how frustrating this stuff can be and it’s easy to skip over messages thinking they probably don’t relate to the issue at hand! Good luck!
