Could you please check that you have a wp_option called: ‘wp-short-pixel-has-custom-folders’ set to 1? If this is the case, please set it to 0 and please let me know if this fixes.

I can not find “wp-short-pixel-has-custom-folders” in my database via phpmyadmin.

Did you previously uninstall ShortPixel and delete by hand the tables wp_shortpixel_folders and wp_shortpixel_meta? This would explain.

@rogaven, the problem is because you checked “Send usage data back.” Turn it off/unchecked, and ssl certificate will fix.

Sadly, until today, I can not install jetpack plugin. Still the same error message.

I hope if there will be an update of jetpack or maybe update for wordpress version, it will be help.
