It’s not showing in firefox, or is that just me?

As far as I can tell, you would need to install a gallery (maybe Gallery is already installed? I’m not up on this plugin)on your server without the WP2 plugin which is the integrator.

You can then link to it on your blog headings or down the side but it won’t be within your blog.

My site has similar but with a gallery called zenphoto. Two seperate entities and no embedding! :o)

I think the sidebar doesn’t appear as default on a comments page (someone set me straight if that’s wrong lol) my old 1.5.2 WP with kubrick is the same.

Np about firefox, what browser are you using? if it’s IE then have you checked your site in safari for Mac too?

So can you get to other websites fine, and are you using a proxy in your browser? :o)

It’s not about fair use it’s about intellectual property. If you host and show someone elses pics in any way, without permission, then you’re stealing. I know lots of people do it, but if you have a site dedicated to pics then you’re risking pissing people off enough to take you to court. If you’re not hosting them yourself but you’re displaying them, that’s leeching (stealing someone’s bandwidth).

All you have to do is email them and ask, then keep the email for reference :o)

Some sites that have put their link on the images will have disclaimers saying that you are free to use them as long as you don’t remove the link or sell them for profit.

The site just worked fine for me :o)

Perhaps it was just busy? Are you still getting the error?

I use a completely dif template system and my sidebar naturally disappears on a comments page anyway. Are you sure this isn’t supposed to happen? :o)

by the way, I’m seeing your header links all screwy and to the left in firefox

Firstly, the background loaded for me pretty instantly but for people with low bandwidth 175k is a little much. Is there a way you could just chop off the bottom half of it that’s Black? as I see it merges with the page anyway.

Secondly… try the documentation links up the top of this site. They have some useful starting points and from there you will find what you need to know easier :o)

Hmm my hosting isn’t yahoo but I installed wp-contact-form last night. I emailed myself (to another domain) which gave me the mail sent response yet it still hasn’t arrived…

Sorry, typing that and I just realised they’ll be in K2 now not wordpress *slaps head*

I always thought you had to curve the header corners yourself when creating the image. That’s what I used to do anyway :o)

As for the blue coming up first… it’s just how the page loads I think. It loaded instantly for me! Mabe you were using a lot of bandwidth at the time?

Dumb question, but did you try logging out then back in? Maybe it just used 1969 because it had no previous record of you? :oS
