Hi, I understand that you get bombarded with questions, but I really need to get this issue resolved. Please can you tell me why the master slider short code does not work when I copy and paste it into my page. Preview works fine. master slider is in the widgets area too.

I have tried everything… What can I do now? WordPress support this plugin, by promoting it.Has a new customer its very dissapointing.
Please can someone give me simple solution, I am not a web designer, but to copy and paste into the content editor isn’t difficult.
I’ve also today downloaded a WP Super Cache and downsized the images, I’m using. To optimize performance.
I really need to finish this latest end of ths week.
