    Hi, Kriti.

Thanks, I went ahead, made another button and did a jquery trigger click on the hidden button, which worked.

    Have a wonderful day, Kriti!

Yes, I cleared out the top five items, the others were negligible, as that is part of the process I went through them identifying the parot plugin having issues. Again, reverting back works just fine, so no clue at this point.

Any helps / thoughts would be wonderful. We are also checking the salesforce side… covering our basis. Have not heard back from them, since last week.

    Thanks again!

Well, I implemented, and unfortunately didn’t work. Rolled back and it worked again.

We did not get anything in the error logs, but WPEngine ran a test and this is what they found in regard to pardot plugin:

“This is showing that the pi.pardot.com took 173 seconds and the Pardot_API::get_forms request to almost 10 seconds:”

I have screenshots of their interface, but that’s the ‘bottom line’, where I then went and rolled it back and worked.

Sorry, that probably isn’t that helpful, but that’s how I cam to discover what appears to be the ’cause’ of the issue, although perhaps there is some other conflict going on with some other aspect of this site.

Thanks, and hope you are had a great weekend.

We are getting a timeout (502), reverted back and working for now though.

Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!

I read your plugins main page and it said we could use “orderby”: ‘orderby’ => ‘term_order’.

Again, didn’t work for me, until I deactivated the plugin and REMOVED the ‘orderby’ argument. I am at a loss as to how this is the case. Any help in understanding why, would be appreciated.

Interestingly, if you sort and then turn the plugin off, you will see the correct order w/ the hierarchy in place, able to nested w/ the same get_terms($args).

Can you explain that one please?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, understood. I see the practicality in what you are saying, @yaniiliev.

Let me share a few thoughts / reflections, and hope it is well received:

    1. Thank you very much, Yani, for offering such a wonderful plugin, and doing so for ‘free’. I realize most folks do not donate, yet, I think most, who are in the open source arena, understand it’s a choice and there can be various streams of income for our ‘offerings’. And, I truly think it’s more than just mere financial compensation (of course, we all have to “make a living”).

    2. And, I DO THINK it’s important for me (and others) to, at the very least, express my / our appreciation to you and others, as I have did so in what I thought was a helpful thread / comment made by @mintynz.

    3. It was in no way a bump… and no big deal, but hope you realize this, and perhaps approach it in a different manner in the future. Because if you get want you want in this regard, you will not only get less verbal expressions of appreciation and gratitude, but I can only venture and speculate, with what I think is sound reasoning, less financial expressions as well.

Hope this finds you both well, and THANK YOU BOTH for the work and sharing you have done with me (and others). Keep up the excellent work! ??

    Greatly appreciated!

    Sincerely and w/ Respect,

    Joseph G.

Yes, so David, the UI has changed… I did take your filter and nulled it out, as it wasn’t working otherwise… at the end of the day, I also had to rework the form and some queries anyway.

I appreciate your help anyway, and your demeanor! ??

Might consider checking out the most recent UI for Wooo… the first list item above cannot be found in backend.

Thanks, and can close this ticket (Or leave it open) whenever you wish.

Thanks again for all of your hard work and helping out! I imagine it can be pretty hectic to keep up with everything! ??

    Sincerely,

    Joseph

Sorry if I offended you. Was just trying to be nice / friendly.

Having said that, I respectfully ask that you DO NOT attempt “help” me or interact on this thread anymore. Appreciate the time you spent trying to help, and thank you for your understanding and compliance with my request.

YES, the hook URL was correct and of course the hook is active. I would NOT be receiving emails about the hook not being reached if the hook was inactive on the stripe side. These are not helpful answers, even if I realize someone might be covering her/his ground. The first question made sense to ask, the second does not, given the context.

Any friendly persons who are interested in helping, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance! ??

I already checked that, Sillygirl. ?? It’s the same one in Stripe. The URL doesn’t ‘work’, which is why I submitted the issue. ??

    Hi, Maria.

As far as I know, it’s not mission critical.

I am happy to show you the mail or whatever you need to check it out, if you are interested.

Otherwise, as again, if not mission critical, I can just remove the webhook. It’s been so long since I entered the field on Stripe, I cannot even remember when or why I did it! ?? D’oh… sorry! ??

Your call.. of course, I don’t want to send the email in this medium, so you can send me your email or email me at ‘joseph – verilucis – com’ and I will forward to you?

    Thanks, Maria! Happy Tuesday!
