You could have simply told me this was only support for the free version early on, so I didn’t think you were ignoring me. Now that I know this, I’ll remove my negative review. On this subject, where should I go for support of the paid (Pro) version?
I’m glad to hear you have implemented a fix for the counter and look forward to the update. Once I have the update, I’ll go ahead and test the counter to make sure its working. I’m glad you fixed this, as the plugin works very well otherwise.
Oh, I almost forgot… Do you have any comments about the skewing (CSS) issue I reported for the login form?

Do you plan on responding to me any time soon? I have paid for this plugin, and you are not supporting it!

In reply to: [Customizer for WooCommerce] Coupon Form Link in Checkout is MissingHi Tamara,
Had I realized this was a simple anchor link, I too would have added this manually. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I just put it in manually, and its working nicely.
Please do me a favor, and let me know in this ticket when you update the plugin to account for the new filter name. This way I can just update the plugin and remove the custom code accordingly.
You can see this on our site here: https://www.digitalrage.com/my-account/checkout/
Just add some stuff to the cart…
If you don’t mind me asking, we’re having a little trouble with the login link just above the coupon link. When you click either of these links, the forms are supposed to animate when opening. The strange thing is something is keeping the login form from doing this. The coupon form animated properly. I can’t find this in our CSS, and it seems to be something WooCommerce does by default. Any idea why ours may not be working? I just wanted to ask since its in the same area.
Thanks again for your help!
~ Michael
Hello,
I’m still waiting for a response from you. I noticed you responded to someone else who posted after me, but skipped my message.
I’d greatly appreciate your help, as I paid for this plugin (I purchased the PRO version), and as reported it has some issues.

In reply to: [Customizer for WooCommerce] Coupon Form Link in Checkout is MissingHi Tamara,
Glad this turned out being related to the Customizer, as otherwise it would have been more difficult to locate the source of the problem. I can’t same I’m that surprised by WC changing things without notice. Luckily this problem was immediately evident after we updated.
Please let me know when you have corrected for this, and we can update the plugin again.
Thanks for your help!
~ Michael
For anyone reading this post, this problem has now been solved.
There was an apparent bug in the plugin related to the main .flowplayer CSS class. This class has now been removed and replaced with a .flowplayer-video CSS class.
Ulrich will be officially releasing this update shortly. Anyone using the .flowplayer class in their custom CSS will have to change it to .flowplayer-video accordingly.
Thanks for getting this fixed Ulrich!

Hi Ulrich,
I just emailed you with the file. Please let me know that you received it.
Thanks for your help with this!
~ Michael
Hi Ulrich,
There isn’t a way to attach a file with that form. Unless you want me to just paste the xml file directly into the email itself.
~ Michael
Hi Ulrich,
I understand, and have just created the export file for you. This is one of the few functions in WordPress I haven’t used before. It looks like it will allow you to load our video content directly from our site. Am I correct?
I have the file here, and need to send it to you. I’d be more comfortable emailing this. What’s your email address?
~ Michael
Hi Ulrich,
Thanks for you quick response! I’m trying to get all our plugins up to date, and this is one of the remaining few.
Are you saying you want the actual video files from me? I can easily supply that without having to export them. Here are the URLs to the videos…
MP4
[video src="https://www.digitalrage.com/wp-content/uploads/dr_Videos_Flowplayer_IgnitingIdeas_01_930x414px_R.11.04.2013.mp4" /]
WEBM
[video src="https://www.digitalrage.com/wp-content/uploads/dr_Videos_Flowplayer_IgnitingIdeas_01_930x414px_R.06.08.2014.webm" /]
I can send this other ways as well if you need, such as with FTP. Do you think the problem is in the video files?
One thing I forgot to mention last time was that I test this in both Chrome and Firefox, and had the same problem in each. Just in case you were thinking its a Chrome specific issue, it appears not to be.
Our WEBM video has been tweaked a lot, and should be trouble free. The MP4 version we had scheduled to improve a little in quality.
Anyways, I hope we can figure this out…

I wanted to add here that I saw the other thread discussing this issue just now. I have temporarily set pre-load to none to circumvent the problem in Chrome.
This is obviously not a good long-term solution. I find it strange that this issue is somehow initiated by the placing of a splash image.
Surely there is a better fix for this?
I’m open to any ideas or feedback…
Thanks!

In reply to: [SK Testimonials] [Plugin: SK Testimonials] Featured Image breaks layoutI’m using completely custom html and css code. This issue has nothing to do with the html at all. The problem is related to the php script that accesses the featured image when its in use.
This is the line in my html code for the image, and it uses the image variable that should call in the featured image.
<img class=”Border_Solid_2″ src=”%image%” alt=”Client Photo” width=”50″ height=”50″ />
I have seen numerous other people reporting this problem, especially over at the Spotted Koi customer forum. They are the makers of this plugin. Here’s the link to there…

If anyone is able to determine how to modify the controlling php file for this, please let me know. It’s most likely something simple. Unfortunately the makers of this plugin are not responding to any requests for help.
Ok, so it seems I was wrong… There is a shortcode for the functionality I was describing above. Luckily I stumbled across this in another forum.
For anyone who wants to integrate this plugin into a page of their choosing, simply use this shortcode…

Nice and simple! ??

In reply to: [SK Testimonials] [Plugin: SK Testimonials] Featured Image breaks layoutUnfortunately I have just discovered the very same problem. The second I tried using a featured image it did not work properly. There’s something wrong in this code, and I’m going to take a closer look. Like everyone else, the image doesn’t show and you get a broken image that disturbs any layout you may have.
This is frustrating since this is an otherwise great and very useful plugin. I had also discovered one additional bug earlier pertaining to the checkbox option for abridging the testimonials when in the widget. If you happen to select that option, there is no way to ever undo it. It kind of gets stuck strangely enough. I had to literally remove and re-add each instance of the widget as a work around. Apparently this problem doesn’t occur unless you select that option and press save.
Anyways, where is the creator of this plugin? This issue was reported a month ago, and there’s no response. Not a good sign…
