If I activate SPAI plugin, the slider does not display. If the plugin is deactivated, it displays correctly. It’s deactivated now. Any project accesed from the grid on this page behaves the same way. The sliders display fine in a the desktop browser.

I am happy to provide any doc you need, but I don’t see a way to upload screenshots, recordings, etc. Should I just insert images and embed video? Also, there are 4 pages of SPAI settings, can I just pass you a tech user ID privately if that would help?

It was the ShortPixel Adaptive images plugin, I’ll contact them now. Thanks so much.

Working well enough now. I am using Divi, and removed the module/div link and instead left the ‘title’ link, which is physically translated text. URLs are correct now.

Hello, We have 3.5.18 installed and are being inundated with Russian bot spam signups. We also see that the Captcha option, as described below, has been removed from the Admin? The Enable Captcha link shows this, which is inaccurate.

Is protection from bots now available only in the subscription version?

Actually, that doesn’t seem to be the issue. We don’t have any subscribers and are trying to import from a csv file matching your instructions. All we get is the message “215 email are invalid”.

Please help.

It would be great if the error message would be clearer. For example, “Error, duplicate subscribers”, and not “215 email are invalid.” with no other details available.

You could also add this information in the Import instructions.

I went to the Updates page, clicked the ‘Check again’ button, then tried to update again and it worked.

Thanks. Apparently the ###POSTIMAGE### doesn’t currently pull the Featured Post image, is there any plan to fix it? If not, I’ll just remove the variable.

If it helps at all, I found all the mail in the gmail spam folder.

This has now spread to a variety (though not all) installations on the same host; they have different WordPress versions and errors from the log so I can’t blame it on 4.4.2.

I am in touch with the host but I really need to get to the bottom of this, if there is a way to further diagnose what’s actually going on.
