Also please verify that your website actually sends out activation emails, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes now and still haven’t gotten the activation email, making it impossible to get any form of support on your forums since you can’t activate the user account.
Noticed the only issue is that the icons display on the home page again that was later fixed in one of the 5.x.x updates ??
I did that and that fixed it. Now the icons do show in the bottom. I like super socializer but only use it for the sharing icons because I coded my own social login into the comment section, so is there any disadvantage to use using 4.3 if I only use it for the social sharing and social count features?

You have to edit your form.php file within the comment-form subfolder. Encase your comment system in a tab system, such as the one that comes with visual composer which is populate. Then you add the php shortdoes from super socializer:
https://support.heateor.com/social-commenting-shortcode/
into the other tabs you wish to add. You also have to use CSS over rides for facebook
.fb-comments [style] {width:800px !important;}
If you’re using the theme I am (theseven)
I think this is something you may want to consider in the future. The problem with this plugin is that you can’t integrate actual facebook commenting. Your plugin is by far the best commenting plugin for wordpress, but when you comment on a wordpress site your friends don’t see your activity on facebook whereas they do if you comment through the facebook plugin. It would be a great thing you someday considered making a similar tab system. Sure they can bridge their facebook account to the site and make a wordpress account and comment with it, but lots of people don’t like giving websites permission and it cuts down on the amount of people doing it, not even sure if they bridge accounts if it shows up as an activity on their FB page when commenting on your site via this plugin.
I know you’re not supposed to edit core plugin files because of updates but I marked the spots I changed so I can modify code in future updates.
Thanks for responding, I can write my own php script to use wp discuz plugin with this. Also wanted to make sure you know that wp discuz and disqus comments are two different things. One is a wordpress plugin to enhance the native wordpress comment system, and the other is a commenting system for websites that your plugin supports. I looked here:
https://support.heateor.com/social-commenting-shortcode/
and don’t see any shortcodes for disqus comments? I’m guessing the shortcode for it would be:
[TheChamp-Disqus-Comments]
am i right? There is a shortcode for facebook and google+ commenting but I don’t see one for disqus? If there’s a short code for it i’ll just make my own javascript tab system and then use PHP to display the enhanced wordpress comments from wp discuz and then facebook and disqus from your plugin.
You can also see some other people praising the plugin
How is that relevant to the problems one has when upgrading you plugin?
It has nothing to do with other plugins, it’s with the template which works by disabling javascript in the footer even with your most recent version.
Also speaking of plugin compatibilities, 5.x no longer works with wp discuz which was designed to work with your plugin, something worth looking into.
Ok this is what I’ve determined so far. 5.3.2 works with the7 but you can’t load the javascript in the footer still. If you enable javascript being loaded in the footer it still breaks the formatting and javascript of the template
You cannot disable social sharing on the home page even if you disable it in the plugin settings and disable it on the pages individual settings, you still get the sharing icons regardless
5.x is now incompatible with wpdiscuz commenting which is a plugin that was intended to work with this. If you enable social commenting on this plugin with the tabbed views and you enable wpdiscuz at the same time it breaks the tabs completely, I already opened a thread on their support forum on wordpress:
I don’t know if you guys work together or not, this thread has screenshots of what happens with and without the other plugin
Another thing i noticed about social commenting is the tabs work right and hide the wordpress comments unless you pick facebook, if you use facebook commenting the wordpress comments still appear under it, this doesn’t happen with g+ or discus
one final thing, an option that should be considered is using an actual image for the service on the commenting tabs rather than spelling out the words. It would look much better than it currently does in my opinion if you could use an image for Facebook comments rather than saying “facebook comments”, same for G+ and discus
4.3 is the last version that works with this plugin I just researched it for you, until they get it resolved, make sure you go into social sharing settings and make sure it does not delete the plugin settings when you uninstall, uninstall 5.xxx and install 4.3 from the SVN 4.3 works fine.
The solution for now is MAKE SURE you untick the option under settings that “deletes all settings when deleting plugin” uninstall it, and download the latest 4.xx version from the SVN. I don’t think I’ll ever update to 5.xxx again.
I am having the exact same problem, I have to keep restoring backups because this plugin keeps breaking this template completely. It definitely is not the template at fault as I have close to 40 other WordPress plugins running at the same time that do not cause this issue.
I’m not sure what the problem is, but whatever happened from 4.0 –> 5.0 completely breaks all the javascript in this template.
It’s not just with Beautiful loading, it’s with masony and grid blog views and anything else that uses javascript.
It has not, and now this is the second time your plugin has completely broken my site, really getting tired of this. You told me to update it, I updated it, it has now broke my site again.
You can see other people on the forums having the exact same problems:

Here’s a youtube video proving that 5.0 will break your website.
