Thank you for this. I’ve been using Gutenberg for days (not by choice, of course) and never managed to find this button. This is an editor where I’m having to Google things that should be intuitive and easy to figure out.

This issue is happening when all other plugins are deactivated. It can be reproduced by using WordPress’ Twenty Twenty-One theme and following the steps I outlined in my first post here.
