Crazy, I reinstalled wordpress and using 2014 still have the issue. Could it be something in my database?

I did, I am thinking it has to be a problem with the site being built on https://www.ads-software.com/themes/sandbox, which is not your problem. Is there anything in the functions file that your plugin uses?

Just to be more specific, I am using WP 4 and have disabled all other plugins. I have used the plugin on other sites so I understand it is this install. Any places to start looking would be helpful. I click the link button the loader just spins and spins?

Thanks for your response. I am using 1.5. If I built the single.php page would I get Word Press to use that page in the advanced editing and custom fields when I write the post? I guess my question is how do I have the two column index and a different layout for the posts using the other page? Sorry if it is simple. I appreciate you answering my question.
