What should I be looking at in the troubleshooting section?
The .htaccess file has been updated with the mod-rewrite.

Any other ideas? Or is there something I missed?

Not sure why your getting this problem.
Try using another Editor for wordpress using plugins.

There is certain categories that I will ad the <!–more–> tag to. If my feeds are set to FULL article feeds will it be affected?

What about RSS feeds?
Will the be cut off after a few lines or will it be the FULL post?

I want full posts to appear on certain posts on the Archive lists and search results.

RSS feeds should always have FULL posts in them in ALL category

I checked the category plugin, there is no blank or emtpy line the top. It starts off as <?php

When i tried the first link you gave me that actually plin worked correctly but it wont let me hide anything it would just give me an error.

Then i used the new link you gave me with line 137 fixed but now it shows this error on top of the dashboard.

I tried Beta9 and Beta10 from the site but they both still give me the same error.
