1) “if I create conversation between SELLER_1 and BUYER_1, then Me as an Admin will have view into their conversation?”

As a chat and website admin, you can see all the chat conversations as well as moderate them. You can see it in the page “Chat moderation” in the leftbar of the WordPress admin panel.

2) “Is it possible for user to log in to the chat based on the authorization on the site?”

Yes, you can do that. Usually, this function works automatically. But if it doesn’t work for you, check the widget settings – chat settings – authorization and turn off chat authorization.

3) “Is it possible to set group chats? Only the Admin can create them?”

With shortcode for group chat, you will create a button to create a group chat. Any user can create a group chat using this button.

4) “Is it possible to choose which features for my chat? Like I would definitely want the Voice Messages but not the voice nor video call.”

Yes, open the Dashboard on the imbachat.com, open your widget, then Chat Settings and choose the exact features that you need.
