The plugin has the feature of E-mail notifications. So each user will receive an e-mail message about missed messages.

The feature has two points:

• Users will not receive already read messages.
• User will not receive notifications, if he was online last 10 minutes or he has a tab with opened sit

The reason is conflict between javascript library “jQuery” of our chat and your website, you can visit https://imbachat.com/en/admin/widgets/1649/chat-settings your widget`s “Chat settings” page and turn jQuery lib off and after reload the page and after that the slider should be loaded.

Now for the first issue, you can use Shortcode to create a button “Write to seller” and use the seller’s id. You can learn about the Shortcode here on the BuddyPress demo-site.

Recently we have fixed that problem by adding cashing user data and choosing cashing time.
Chat working is much faster now with these features.

To create chat room (or to cteate a button for it) you should use shortcodes. Please learn them carefully.

Each created Widget has its own id. You have to enter the id of the Widget which you have created before on ImbaChat website and want to connect with WP website.

If you have a widget but don’t know its id, you can find it in the Admin Panel of your WP website. Open “ImbaChat” in the left sidebar and choose Dashboard. There you can find your Widget id.

If you haven’t created a widget yet. Open the ImbaChat settings there and click “Create a Widget”. After that, the new Widget will be created and the Widget id will be entered automatically.

The plugin is creating dialog on my forum page (wpforo) when submitting a comment or topic that says “changes may not be saved, do you wish to leave this page?” At first I thought it was the WPForo plugin itself but it is in fact coming from Imbachat. Not a huge deal, just a bit confusing. I can live without a fix for it if the video and voice function can work.” We fixed it, can you check it on your website and notify if something wrong

1. Voice and video chat.
Unfortunately, these functions don’t work at all now.
But that’s the next step of ImbaChat development. We are going to finish it at 1-month approximately. It will be a video and voice chat with the number of participants from 2 to 6. We will increase that number in the future.

Recently, we have been improved the billing system on the site, so you had a problem with the upgrade.

So, if it’s acceptable for you to wait, we would be glad to offer it.

2. Thank you for informing us about the “creating dialog” problem that you have described. It’s an error and we will fix it ASAP.

I’ve made some fixes and think it should be good now, Im not sure because as i noticed you are using youzer plugin whick made some changes in Buddypress plugin, but Im almost sure that now it should work well, please update our plugin to 2.4.2 version and tell how it works.
