We had a problem with our server a few hours ago. But no we have fixed it. It should work correctly.
Is there still the problem?

Unfortunately, at this moment our chat have not ability to create groups from the chat box, this is in the development plans for future. But, we can integrate out wordpress plugin with buddypress and there will be join group button in header section of group`s page. And every user that admitted to the group could press the button which open group chat in our chat. This function will be able in few days.

Here is an example of shortcode where pipe is used(pipe=”wp_test_gr”)[ic_join_group classB=”ic_bp_button” buttonName=”Join group” pipe=”wp_test_gr”]. You can use any string instead. But if you created group with shortcode ic_create_group, in shortcode ic_join_group you should use the pipe which was used in creating.

Hi, I visited your website and notice that chat has wrong answer from you webSite API, check please “Extended api settings” in https://imbachat.com/en/admin/widgets/442/setting. You should fill all fields like this
Auth user URL:
https://(your-domain-name)/wp-json/imbachat/v1/authuser
Users info URL:
https://(your-domain-name)/wp-json/imbachat/v1/getusers/
And Symbol to split arguments with user id can by any symbol but “,” is better. After you fill these fields, compare settings in our site and your wp admin panel
