Any thoughts on the “duplicated email” issue mentioned in my last reply?
Okay, using “Email Templates” does the trick. It is working now. But I’m facing a new issue though. I’m also getting email through regular “email notification” where I’ve assigned an email template to be sent. So, I’m getting 2 email, I only want to receive email from “email template” and NOT from regular email notification.

Unfortunately it still didn’t resolve the issue. Now, I’m using this lead rule: https://d.pr/FREE/q6DkKc
The thing is, the email BODY from upiCRM has the correct subject mentioned under “Message Subject” field, which means it is correctly been modified as per my requirement (see here: https://d.pr/FREE/EHgVp7). But when I try to use same field in my email template it prints the variable name as it is.

It does not seems to be working. I’ve also tried adding a hidden field named “Subject” in each form and assigning the relevant unique value to that field. After that using [field-Subject] variable in “Subject” field (in “Email Notification” section) does not work either. It simply prints [field-Subject] in the email title instead of inserting unique “Subject” field’s value.
For reference, I’m using following hidden field values for “Subject” field:
Form 1: New [field-Service] Estimate Request (using nesting variable)
Form 2: Web Development and/or SEO Service Inquiry (using simple string)- This reply was modified 6 years, 6 months ago by imfaisal.
