In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Source APIHi @leopard330, thank you for the feedback. However, this review is inaccurate as the Stripe plugin has always had the ability to use Payment Elements, which replaces Source API when you activate the updated checkout experience.
Also from version 8.0.0 released last month, everyone who connects Stripe to their site via this plugin automatically uses Payment Elements while merchants who were previously connected via the Source API can switch by enabling the updated checkout experience.
I recommend reaching out to us for clarification in the future before leaving a review as it could mislead others.

I would like to note that the duplicate configure link issue is not meant to affect the settings including the location selection field.

My one request is the addition of the ability to pay via Square Gift Cards in the block based checkout, as this is currently preventing me from using the block checkout on a couple sites.
There is good news regarding this as it is being worked on. You can subscribe to the GitHub issue to get notified when this is closed. Once it is closed, keep an eye out for the next release of the plugin as it could be included in it.

Regarding the Link by Stripe issue, it would be good to note that in addition to the site requirements here, Link by Stripe works for accounts that also meet the requirements below as mentioned in this guide:
- Your store be able to accept payments in USD.
- Your Stripe account is based in the United States.

Hopefully i can convince them to migrate off of WC and WP forever, because this is what the WP community stands for, a monument to mediocrity.
I understand how frustrating this must be but I assure you that stability is one of our top priorities for this extension. We try to ensure that errors like this don’t come up and are addressed swiftly when if they do.

Your concerns are indeed valid and it looks like others feel the same way about your selective sync point. You can see that in this feature request. I recommend adding your vote it to help our developers know that this feature is needed by more people.
Regarding the second point about using some sort of secondary ID/key to sync square products besides SKUs, I was not able to find an open feature request for this. I recommend opening a new feature request for it so our developers can have this in their development plan.
We are always happy to receive feedback as they help us improve the product and make it meet the needs of more merchants.
