Hi @andalusianworld, the payment section of the Square extension is meant to help merchants accept payment via the Square payment gateway.

WooCommerce also comes with in-built payment methods that include Cash on delivery which can also be used to add Cash on delivery and Local Pickup payment options. Note that these other options have nothing to do with the Square extension.

Since we cannot offer support in reviews, I would recommend creating a support ticket so we can guide you on how to set this up.

Hi @gb24, an update to the Sqaure SDK was made in version 4.2.0 which seems to have fixed this issue.

However, it will be best to confirm with your host whether PHP comments are enabled/disabled in the php.ini file. This is because JsonMapper relies on comments to function.

I am sorry to hear this. Can you please share a screenshot of the Square settings for both sites with me? You can find it under WooCommerce > Settings > Square.

Can you also share a screenshot of the product’s setting in Square?

Hi @summitwinterguard, thank you for the screenshot and sharing the steps to replicate. I tried it on my test site but I did not get the same error you got.

I recommend disabling any checkout-related plugins or plugins that may alter the way order information is handled like the Advanced Custom Fields: by WP Engine – 6.2.0. When that is done, create a manual test order for yourself and try to make payment to see if that helps.

If issue persist, I recommend doing a full test for conflict using the steps in this guide. Please note that is advisable to run this test on a staging environment to ensure it does not affect your customers. If your host does not have a staging option, you can use the free WP Staging plugin.

Hi @danyi, thank you for a more detailed explanation. It is quite odd that this is not working for you as I tried it on my end and it worked just fine.

I recommend connecting your site to your account using the steps in this guide to enable you to select the site from the drop-down menu instead of typing it in manually.

Hi @jsheward, just to better understand what you mean, is Square your SOR/Sync setting or is it WooCommerce? Also, do you mean that backorder products are not syncing?
