In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Orders Placed On HoldHi… Stripe has confirmed that some stores were impacted by excessive rate limiting applied by Stripe’s systems and that the situation should be solved. Stripe only sent communications to accounts that exceeded 20 transactions during the time frame where the excessive rate limiting was applied.

Hi @eecflt41599, I am sorry to hear that you got a lot of disputes on your account after the order was shipped.
I understand how frustrating that can be. It is important to keep in mind that raising disputes on transactions is completely at the discretion of the card owner.
I will like to have a better understanding of what happened. Did you get multiple orders from the same customer within a short period of time (like card testing) or were these regular orders that were disputed by the buyer? Did they also state the reason for the dispute?

I am happy to hear that Stripe has been your most preferred payment gateway for most of your website projects.
But if you’re going to use a site that needs the manual orders plugin by Ignite Woo, then you’ll want to use the other Stripe plugin by paymentplugins.com. But for everything else, this plugin in awesome!
I took a look at the features of this plugin and I noticed we have something similar. You can check if the Shop as a customer for WooCommerce extension can do the same things the manual orders plugin by Ignite Woo does.
There is a video on the product page that explains how the plugin works.

This is just to let you know that this issue has been fixed in the newly released Square version 3.8.1. You can now update Square to that version.

Is the image a product image? If it is, can you share a link to the product so that we take a look?
Also, have you tried using a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty, and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue persists?
