OK… so setting a default logo/avatar did work for everyone: https://www.usgtf.com/pro-search/

I guess I was hoping that it would automatically pull in the photo each member already had in there already under the WordPress user manager.

Or does each member have to update their photo one at a time for them to show?
Our goal was to batch import hundreds of members and photos at once.

But nothing ever gets displayed. No matter what I try (UM on, etc etc).
