Hey, sorry for your bad experience, as mentioned in our pricing plan, Semi automatic order fulfillment is part of the gold plan.

Hey Ricardo, with the chrome extension, you can visit the supplier product pages and import/add the products to your woocommerce store.

Include product description/pricing/variants/images etc…
