Thank you for taking time to see the issue. Sorry, I should have mentioned the plugin beforehand.

You are right, this is the plugin we are using. User can draw and make changes in graphic and then attach to the WooCommerce order. Once order is made, uDraw adds the PDF link in the admin notification to download the graphics edited by user.

I also don’t know at what point the plugin is adding the data in the email. Are we standing at dead end?

First we raised this to uDraw support, they narrowed down that the conflict is with this plugin.

Is there anyone who could look into this issue? It is on a live site and could make a bad impact.

I created a dev site and followed the steps you have suggested. I active only woo-commerce and still same issue. I am attaching a screen-grab to have a more clear view.

After applying coupon discount is still being applied on the base price not on the adjusted price.

Thanks for your reply, I tried with some of the plugins to deactivate but I cannot disable all the plugins as the site is live and client won’t allow me to make such changes which can break the layout of the website.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
