There are no tags listing,you should add them for the post.
And the categories too,you should add new categories,it is only one category”uncategorized” by default.

Sorry I typed wrong,not ‘licence‘,in fact I used “updated-date” but it still not work.

I deleted the plugin and reinstall it ,the warning is still.

It seems some one adds some code to the template of header.php.
Try change another theme to see if the problem is still or not.
