In reply to: [NextMove Lite - Thank You Page for WooCommerce] notices php 7.4.0I have this issue as well.
Trying to access array offset on value of type null in ……/plugins/woo-thank-you-page-nextmove-lite/thank-you-page-for-woocommerce-nextmove-lite.php
Confirmed, problem solved.
My child theme’s functions.php file had some extra code for added features. They all used to work but one of them stopped working with an update of jetpack. I commented them out one by one and found the culprit. Everything works now via a browser and the WC mobile app connects again now too. Thanks all for your help, and thank you James for the theme tip. You can close this one out!
I can confirm that upgrading to WP 5.5 did not fix the jetpack problem for us. I tried deactivating/uninstalling jp, clearing cache, re-installing… same issue.
Working with a new machine now, the last one died ?? Going to set up a test instance locally with Xampp and one on the web too.
@bilawalsarfraz yeah? Have you narrowed it down to anywhere in particular? I’ve ran every test I can think of.
@bilawalsarfraz it’s interesting that yours works on Android. I’m going to move up our WP 5.5 upgrade to see if that helps us out. Thanks for chiming in.
I haven’t upgraded yet. Some of our plugins aren’t guaranteed to work and we need to remake our test server. Maybe that upgrade will fix it?
Ok.
I’m running WordPress 5.4.2.
I see a site stats section that has a spinning/loading icon. I get this on my MacBook Pro and my iMac, Chrome and Opera.
On my Pixel 3 the mobile version of the admin area via Chrome has the same “Restore Connection” message, I try to do that every time. On this version the “My Plan” area is blank and pulsing a grey box as if it’s trying to load something there.
Hi Fotis. I’m not sure if you saw my question or not, but could it be there are 2 Jetpack accounts or something and it’s not reaching the right one? How could I verify this?
I disabled my anti-virus software, that didn’t do anything. I also tried from my mobile device with no result.
Hi, here is the update:
? Google Chrome is up to date
Version 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)? Opera is up to date
Version:70.0.3728.106? I cleared my cache/cookies for all time
? I’ve tried disabling all Chrome add-ons
I still get the same thing. I also tried deactivating and reactivating Jetpack again. Could it be there are 2 Jetpack accounts or something and it’s not reaching the right one? How could I verify this?

Yes I’ve actually tried deactivating/deleting the plugin and reinstalling it multiple times (and a few other things listed above). I did it again just now, same issue. The “my plan” box on my admin section of the site just pulses white/grey and the aforementioned reconnect message is still up above.
I am still getting the message:
There seems to be a problem with your connection to WordPress.com. If the problem persists, try reconnecting.
Do you have any advice on what do to to resolve this?

Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Neve WooCommerce blurry catalog imagesI’m having the same issue, but the images are blurry on mobile. I’ve tried several solutions with no success yet (but I’m far from a WP guru). Apparently my auto-resized images are 230×288 but some piece of code is blowing it up to 258×324, thus the pixelation. Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Changing the crop: Appearance>>Customize>>WooCommerce>>Product Images
- Simple Image Sizes plugin
- Regenerate Thumbnails plugin

Hoping someone can find a fix to this, seems like it shouldn’t be that hard.
