If a member must be manually approved, does that not accomplish the same end as removing the visible login page, then having the extra step of having to make them contact you? I don’t get the purpose when the outcome is the same.
The hiding of the registration page is already to go by just not showing it on any menu to anyone who is not logged in and registered. The next time they return they will see all the pages as they should at their membership access level.
