Is there an error log shown within your website files when you view them at your hosting provider? What do they say?

You may have to revert back to the original theme if your wp-admin folder isn’t working either.

Your hosting provider should be able to help increase this setting for you in the PHP configuration.

Is there no file editor offered either?

Is there anything in your error log to help pinpoint this issue?

Sadly with free hosting, paying someone to offer support is very difficult or almost impossible.

You should check your memory_limit as this may be too low on the free hosting provider:

Do your posts and pages show up in the database that you exported and imported into your VPS? You should be able to look through phpMyAdmin or something similar to see the wp_posts table.

This is most likely due to your local database version being different from bluehost. What are both versions?

Does your hosting provider backups that this could be pulled from before the crash?

But are your WordPress files still located in the /wordpress folder? Did you complete any .htaccess edits with this move?

“cageFS” is related to your web hosting provider running CloudLinux. I suggest you contact them to determine the usage of the space, they have more tools available at their disposal than you do as an end user.

Are you able to see the SimplePie/Net/IPv6.ph file through your file manager or FTP login? Does it have correct permissions?

You may want to re-upload this manually.

Your syntax doesn’t make sense, as you allow everyone in the “allow from all” then you allow the single IP again, which makes it redundant. What are you trying to accomplish?

This is typically found in the footer file, have you searched there?
