Some time due to some technical problem issue can come, issue can come due to theme code conflict, other importer plugin files..etc.

I am not sure why you are getting 404 error page, if you have taken help from FAQ then i am sure you should not get any issue.

I am sure that something was wrong during configure plugin that’s why issue were coming, If you will configure plugin settings then it should be work fine on your site as well.

Have you install any other security plugin on your site?

If you can share plugins settings page screenshot then i can look also into issue. OR if you can provide your site admin access link and details then we can look into this issue and update you ASAP.
