No havent tried the cron option as there was some speculation about it’s effectiveness and I would have to undo to use any other plugin.

But as I am also having another one on the plugin’s nemesis problems (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/import-failure-5) on my install I thought you might want to take a look as is.

I’m on Bluehost Shared so should be a fairly common situation.

Happy to give you acces to my BlueHost at “comfortable level” as I may leave them if you are unable to resolve. (my contract is up)

It would be easy for me to duplicate the site to whichever host you have experienced successful installs with other users. So if it help you solve the issue, me not have to rebuild my autoresponder, or find a more suitable host I’m all for it.
