Hi Jeroen,

By default in Mollie you will see the name of the feed and the filter is made to customize that text to whatever you want. For example adding name, submission id or details about exactly what was ordered. Item https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/naam-vermelding/ provides a code example for using gf_mollie_description

It’s not possible to create an easier version that can use merge tags or similar. The filter was made available precisely to give people maximum freedom to customize things without having to make assumptions about exactly what fields are used in the form. So if the filter is not suitable for you we aren’t able to make it any easier.

We hebben eerder onderzocht of we de terugkerende betalingen in de plugin konden verwerken maar daarmee werd de instructie voor juist gebruik ten opzichte van de huidige functies voor de gemiddelde gebruiker te ingewikkeld. Ook is een uitbreiding naar een Pro versie overwogen maar er is nu onvoldoende tijd beschikbaar om die route op te zetten. Dus ik moet je helaas teleurstellen.

Hi Nesoor,

We are not 100% sure that it will work. We never created the plugin with SEPA incasso in mind. However, we did a test with a mollie test key and it seems that SEPA incasso is possible in test mode.

We could not test it in live mode but I hope that you will be able to test this and inform us of the results

Voor het geval dat andere gebruikers tegen hetzelfde probleem aanlopen hieronder nog even een samenvatting

Het “probleem” wordt veroorzaakt doordat administrators de capability gravityforms_mollie niet hebben. Standaard zouden administrators deze capability gewoon moeten hebben maar er werd op de website van Jan gebruik gemaakt van plugins om de standaard WordPress capabilities aan te passen. Vermoedelijk ontbreekt de gravityforms_mollie hierdoor als capability maar zodra je deze weer toevoegt dan kan je al onze plugin instellingen weer zien.

It’s really hard to point you in the right direction without knowing your exact settings and details of your form and your Mollie settings.

But I can confirm that the conditions also work in Mollie test mode. We just did another test just to be sure.

For deleting entries you can have a look at https://docs.gravityforms.com/delete-entry-data-after-submission/.

You need to realize that we do not always have the payment status directly after the form is submitted. So deleting entries if the payment is not successful can not happen right away. Sometimes it can take some time before the payment is processed and we receive the confirmation of payment. So if you do other stuff with the entries you should probably make sure that you only trigger the other stuff if the entry has the desired payment status. For front end loops you could also make sure that you only show the entry if the payment status is what you want.

Please have a look at https://docs.gravityforms.com/entry-object/ and then the payment_status field. Our plugin also has a hook that might be useful for you if you want to trigger processes directly after the payment is complete.
