I am facing the exact same error ( 503 error) after updating Jetpack on my blog indomoto.com. I can not access both front-end and wp-admin, so I deleted the Jetpack folder through Cpanel.

I got email from Google after update this plugin:

“Increase in the number of non-valid AMP on [my blog]

To owner of [my blog],

Googlebot has noticed a significant increase in the number of invalid AMP pages on your site. This may indicate a change in your AMP implementation. Pages with severe errors might be shown in Google Search without AMP-related features. The linked report provides examples of pages with errors.”

The issue is “The tag ‘script’ is disallowed except in specific forms.”

My suggestion, you should revise your plugin description or installation.
