Anyway, today a friend told me that multisite could not be the best solution for my needs.
I think I will opt just for a multilingual plugin.
I’m glad to have “experienced” a little around the multisite… perhaps for a future situation.

I rectify: secondary sites are visible. The default page in twentytwentyfive theme, sometimes is shown right and sometimes not, but it is visible. The login page and manage board can never be reached.

I set your theme Mission News in more than one site.

The issue appears “random”, sometimes the logo in the header disappeared while you can see it in the bottom. For example, see https://torino.pictures (it has been missing for the last 10 days only in the header).

Quite the opposite, in the site https://sportjournal.pictures the logo is missing since yesterday, top and bottom.

Now, is there a plugin PRO version that allows to create/save further (more than two) watermarks?

Please note that, if you right click on the link and open in a new window also Chrome works well. But that is not satisfactory.

Thank you for the quick answer.
I updated the plugin and cleared the cache, but nothing changed:
the plugin works well in Chrome, Edge and Opera while in Firefox the consent bar is invisible.
Before updating to 1.8.1, in Firefox both the text bar (no white background) and the tab overlaied the site, in transparency.

I made experiments about custom-excerpt not properly working in your SportsMag theme.

First of all I tried to disable all the plugins. Nothing changed.
After, I reinstalled WordPress 4.7.1 from the scratch. Nothing changed.
I saw that custom excerpt were in the DB and came to the conclusion that the issue was in the theme.

So I started some tests.
– I changed theme: with default themes twentyfifteen, twentysixteen and twentyseventeen the custom excerpt are visible.
– With both AccessPressMag and SportsMag the custom excerpt:
– aren’t visible in home page and some other pages with list of articles: for instance the month list of posts, the posts with a Tag, the list of post of one category, etc.
– are visible ONLY (for what I tested) in the result of a word-search

I don’t know what do you mean telling that on your side the excerpt are working.
The custom or the default ones?
We think that an home page with automatic excerpts is awful…

Sorry, I didn’t make myself clear: how can I do to have a caption in an image that isn’t part of a gallery?
I tried unsuccessfully to write the title in Media and to use the caption shortcode [caption]Text caption[/caption].

I tried in an other site and it worked, setting the codes in wp-config.php such as I mentioned above (define… revisions and autosave interval ecc).

That’s precisely what I thought from the beginning! I mean: could a site work well for two years and all of a sudden break down, without I made no modification? I think something changed in server configuration that made sicken the three WP Multisite I had built.

After a month from when the sites started to have problems, finally yesterday (in these days I’m very busy in other kind of editing and publishing stuffs) I found some hours to fix the issue, but I was forced to achieve a result, no time for rubs…

Now I’m in a crossroads: just few days before the above difficulties, I built a site (https://locandailcampodellaquercia.com) with WP multiuser. In the next days I’ll set up two more languages for that site.

I’m tempted to embark once again on WP MU, but I’ve no time for risk.
In the past, I had a look at php error logs, but in that occasion the issue was very soon resolved elsewhere, without I had time to realize anything about it.

I’m self-thaught in WP (I’m a graphic, not a technician) and it would be a sort of challenge trying once again to “tame” WordPress multiuser, if only I had time to spend to…
