Hi Tobias, thank you so much for the super-fast response, much appreciated.
I’m not sure exactly how the display problem was resolved – particularly as it was occurring in a different browser with an empty cache – but leaving it overnight I can now see the rows!! I’m guessing this is a caching issue on my host’s end – I had cleared my cache and the issue persisted until this morning. I also viewed the site from another machine that gets bandwidth from a different provider and the rows are now showing.
Thanks again for the response, have a great day.
Sorry, the shortcode for the page I listed is actually
[table id=2 cache_table_output=false /]
I’m curious if @jochembrouwer was able to resolve this issue as I’ve had the same issue (all of my tests to my own gmail addresses do not end up anywhere in the receiving Gmail accounts, not even in the spam or junk folders) when my GiveWP install is in live mode (emails are received in gmail accounts when Give is in test mode).
I’ve done all of the recommended troubleshooting steps and although the plugins confirm that the emails are indeed ‘sent’, there’s not a trace of them in gmail accounts when GiveWP is not in testing mode.
Thanks Matt for all you and the team are doing to make GiveWP awesome!

Thanks Ben, it was great to meet you at WordCamp and I appreciate you and all the GiveWP peeps’ help. Your support of GiveWP is phenomenal. ??
That’s great insight, thanks very much Amy.
Have you by any chance done an import of reoccurring donations, say, from another platform?
Hello! I was wondering if this issue was fixed? I have something similar happening in that my CSV is uploaded but none of my fields are appearing in order to map them.
Hi there,
That’s great that the errors are now gone… but I don’t use a caching plugin, which makes this weird. Also, I’m confused (sorry for my ignorance) about flushing the Facebook cache – I though this occurred each time the Object Debugger was launched? Is there a step for manually flushing the cache that I’m missing?
I’m afraid that there may still be a problem here and won’t be able to verify if the problem is fixed until one of our next scheduled posts is posted to FB (and either takes the image correctly or posts a blank). If you look at the attachment, the debugger ‘sees’ the image in the OG properties based on the raw tags, but the “When shared, this is what will be included” space is empty (and this wasn’t occurring before). I’d feel a lot more confident that the situation was resolved if I could see it here.
Thank you for your help.

I think you may already be helping me on the WPSSO forum, but a duplicate response here might help others in the future.
Oh I forgot to mention, even though there are meta properties for og:image content, which include the URL and height and width, no og:image property is included for the section saying “Based on the raw tags, we constructed the following Open Graph properties”.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Links to languages not appearing in widget menuI think I’ve solved the problem…
I added all user roles for each site to all the other sites and the plug-in is now working perfectly on all sites. Do you know if this would have occurred with adding just the super-administrator role (as this is a multi-site installation) to each site as a user? Or do all sites need all the users to be listed?
Thanks much.
Hmmm… ok. I can’t seem to figure out the ‘owner’ issue; in the column every file and directory in my WP directory has the owner as ‘2134333.2342362’, and there doesn’t appear to be any way to alter it. Will try the 775 setting.
Thanks so much to both of you. So far I’ve changed the directory permission to 755 as Yolanda suggested; the individual files are all currently set to 640 (not 644)… just to confirm, should all the files be changed to 644 as well? I haven’t seen a change in the display with the directory permissions change. If I can’t swing it Yani I’ll definitely go submit a ticket. Thanks again.
Thanks for your input Yolanda. I’m a little new at this, should I be able to change the directory permissions through my host’s control panel? I found some info in the WordPress codex about changing permissions but am not sure how to proceed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
