I agree! I just updated and then had to restore a backup since the existing blocks do not work!

I am having the same issue. I do not have access to my Admin login and website is down. I have logged in my file center through Dreamersi and deleted the Total W3 files and still having the issue. I cannot remove the advanced-cache.php files the system will not allow. HELP
